Job description
We're looking for a seasoned Interim HR Business Partner to cover maternity leave. This role is a combination of hands-on business partnering and strategic thinking. The organisation is professionalising its people processes and moving towards 'one company' as they have different across various countries.
This is particularly interesting for someone who is a self-starter, takes ownership, and is comfortable in driving strategic change and rolling up their sleeves.
💼 What you’ll do (tasks)
✨ Act as HR Business Partner and sparring partner for ±10 team leads.
✨ Run and coordinate the HR yearly cycle (salary review, performance & development cycle, calibration sessions).
✨ Support organisational transition (new structure, roles, tasks) from a People perspective.
✨ Contribute to international alignment of ways of working with teams in Canada and Australia.
Job requirements
🧠 What you’ll bring (experience)
✅ Proven track record in leading or guiding organisational change from a People/HR perspective.
✅ Strong mix of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution in HR processes.
✅ Confident stakeholder manager, comfortable working with leadership and employees across levels.
✅ Dutch‑speaking with strong command of English.
