We are 7people, a People & Culture consultancy helping organizations become irresistible. As builders at heart, we help fast-moving companies grow into their next phase, with HR consulting, interim HR support, workshops & training and recruitment. Our team is 24 fte, mostly HR consultants. The recruitment team is two fulltime recruiters, and they are very busy… so we need you to come in!

💼 The role

You recruit for senior HR roles, from HRBP and People Lead to Head of People, VP People and CHRO. Mostly perm and executive search, and interim when a client needs senior HR support.

• You build a network of senior HR professionals. They are your clients when they recruit for their own team, and your candidates when they're looking for a new job.

• You know where to find them! Even better, they will know where to find you.

• You act as a true business partner: you think along, help clients scope the role and share market intelligence.

• You source and approach candidates, interview them and present strong long and shortlists.

• You help 7people grow by building out our client base.

We bring the HR community together at events and meetups, and we have a newsletter with a large following. You can use all of this to build your network, so you're set up for success from day 1.

🧠 What we're looking for

• 4+ years of recruitment experience, agency or in-house, and you're a good sparring partner at senior level

• You enjoy reaching out to people you don't know yet! You'll be the ultimate networker, on the phone quite a bit to make those matches

• You can juggle multiple assignments and plan your own time

• Bonus points if you've brought in business before or know the Dutch startup scene

• 🇳🇱 You're based in the Netherlands and can work here without a visa. Dutch speaker preferred, but fluent English works too

🎁 What we offer

• €4,500 to €5,500 per month base + holiday allowance, depending on your experience

• Uncapped quarterly bonus based on team target, plus a yearly profit share

• 5 weeks of leave, and a few extra days here and there to celebrate life

• Travel reimbursement, €25 phone allowance and €50 every month to spoil yourself

• MacBook, Bose noise cancelling headset, no internal emails (just Slack!)

• A lovely office in Amsterdam West with a rooftop. The Recruitment Team is in the office 4 to 5 days a week, for this role at least 3 would be great
