We're looking for a hands-on interim Recruiter / TA Specialist who can both fill roles and bring a more structured, sustainable way of recruiting. The focus: not just building new processes, but ensuring existing ones are actually followed.
This interesting for someone who is comfortable in a scale-up environment, who works independently, and knows how to bring discipline and clarity to a recruitment process, while rolling up their sleeves to source and hire across science, tech & commercial roles.
💼 What you'll do:
✨ Fill open vacancies across science, tech and commercial roles.
✨ Review, simplify and professionalise existing recruitment processes and ensure they are followed.
✨ Help improving the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding experience.
✨ Work smart: leveraging AI in sourcing/ processes to compete effectively in a niche market.
Job requirements
🧠 What you'll bring (experience):
✅ Proven experience recruiting in a scale-up or high-growth environment.
✅ Strong process mindset: spot inefficiencies, builds structure without overcomplicating.
✅ Experience recruiting in Pharma if a big plus!
✅ Comfortable using AI-driven sourcing tools or implement them.

⏰ Hours: 32 hrs/week
📝 Duration: 3 months with option to extend.
