Hands-on People Partner who is a real sparring partner for (senior) leaders and can help roll out different HR initiatives.

Job description

We’re looking for an interim People Partner for a hospitality company who is comfortable in a dynamic environment and can handle change. You'll be a sparring partner for their Support Hub (~250 people) across Marketing & Performance, Finance, Digital/IT, and People and help roll out HR initiatives.

💼 What you'll be doing

✨ Strategically advising and challenging senior leaders - building trust while not being afraid to push back

✨ Supporting the rollout of different topics such as: Pay Transparency, the salary cycle, and performance initiatives.

✨ Spotting trends in what leaders are asking and translating that into improvements.

✨ Taking on (complex) cases and grievances where needed.

✨ Help setting up a works council.

Job requirements

🧠 Who we're looking for

✅ At least 2–3 years of experience as a People Partner.

✅ Strong stakeholder management: comfortable advising and challenging senior stakeholders

✅ Experienced in managing people through change.

✅ Generalist at heart, ready to step in when needed.

⏰ Hours: 32 hours per week

🤑 Hourly Rate: €80,- / €90,-

📝 Duration: minimum 4 months
