People Operations Specialist - (Interim/ Freelance)

For an international company based in Hoofddorp we’re looking for an interim people operations specialist who can not only help with the day-to-day operation, but can also help improve existing people processes. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the development of the People Ops team and improve overall efficiency.

You'll work on topics such as onboarding and offboarding, employee experience, and you’ll be supporting the Total Rewards team.

Responsibilities:

• Running the day-to-day operations.

• Optimize current people processes and improve overall efficiency.

• Support the Total Rewards team on daily questions.

What do you bring:

• 5+ years in people operations

• Experience with improving people processes.

• You have worked in an international environment.

• You preferably have worked with SuccessFactors.

What can you expect:
📍 Hoofddorp - (few days in office)
🗓 Start is flexible but preferably in August
