Job description
We're looking for a (sr) People Operations Specialist to support the daily HR operations end-to-end. In this role, you will ensure business continuity and own the full employee lifecycle for a team of ~130fte.
This includes:
✨ Supporting daily HR operations.
✨ Drafting and managing contracts.
✨ Supporting onboarding & offboarding.
✨ First-line employee queries.
✨ Administration related to maternity leave, illness & absence, and liaising with UWV.
✨ Payroll administration & coordination.
Job requirements
🧠What you'll bring
✅ Few years of experience in a People Operations or HR generalist role, preferably in a start/ scale-up environment.
✅ Solid knowledge of Dutch labor law.
✅ Experience with payroll administration and working with external payroll providers (Nmbrs)
✅ Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
✅ You bring structure, take ownership, and know how to set priorities in a fast-moving environment

📅 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁: asap (within a few weeks).
⏰ Hours: 24 (negotiable).
📍 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶on: Amsterdam (hybrid work model).
💰 𝗨𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗳: €70/€75,- max.
