Job description

For a client of us in the entertainment industry I'm looking for a People Operations Specialist who can support the implementation of the new HRIS HiBob. Ideal for someone who has experience implementing HRIS systems and is strong on the operational side.

💼 What you’ll do

  • Support the implementation of HiBob: you'll make sure HiBob is properly set up for the Dutch organization and core HR processes are structured (workflows, contract templates, onboarding flows).

  • Check and complete employee data (e.g. correct manager mapping, cross-check with payroll) and ensure the organizational structure is accurate).

  • Clear the HR administration backlog: complete and update contracts, tax/payroll forms and personnel files.

  • Train and support managers on-site in using HiBob and the new HR processes.

  • Handle day-to-day HR questions (e.g. training requests, basic HR advice) and help think ahead about missing or needed HR processes/activities.

Job requirements

🧠 What you’ll bring

  • Experience implementing HRIS systems (ideally HiBob, or similar), including building workflows.

  • Strong in HR administration and process-oriented working; accurate in data checking and documentation.

  • Practical HR generalist/People Operations profile: combines hands-on operational work with process thinking.

  • Strong communication skills, able to train and influence managers on the new system; enjoys being physically present with teams.

  • Self-starter, pragmatic and resilient; able to bring structure in a fragmented, changing environment.

📍 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲: Amsterdam (1 day from home).
📝 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁: 3 months with option to extend.
