As a (Sr) People Operations Specialist or HR Officer, you'll join one of our clients on a permanent basis. Every role is different. Think managing the day-to-day operation, structuring people operations processes, or supporting employee engagement. Here's how it works:

🧠 What You'll Do

Every role is unique, but here are some examples of what you'll do:

✨ Manage and optimize day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle tasks

✨ Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions and support

✨ Maintain and update the HRIS system, ensuring accurate employee data and documentation

✨ Coordinate and support payroll processes, including reviewing data and liaising with payroll providers

✨ Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies

🌍 We're looking for candidates based in the Netherlands, with an understanding of Dutch people ops.
