Job requirements
What You’ll Do
Every project is unique, but here are some examples of what our freelancers do:
Manage and optimize day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle tasks
Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions and support
Maintain and update the HRIS system, ensuring accurate employee data and documentation
Coordinate and support payroll processes, including reviewing data and liaising with payroll providers
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies
We’re looking for freelancers based in the Netherlands, with an understanding of Dutch people ops.
