What Freelancing with 7people means:

As a freelance Recruiter, you’ll have the opportunity to work with start-ups and scale-ups through us. Each project is different—whether it’s working as an interim Recruiter, setting up an ATS or creating a recruitment process from scratch.

Here’s how it works:

  • Project Matching: When a project fits your expertise and availability, we’ll reach out to discuss the details.

What You’ll Do

Every project is unique, but here are some examples of what our freelancers do:

  • Develop Talent Acquisition strategy and implement them hands-on

  • Work as interim Recruiter, Recruitment Manager or Head of TA

  • Implement an ATS, create recruitment framework, build a process from scratch
