We’re looking for a senior HRIS Project Manager who can support a large international organization going through a complex HRIS transformation.

We’re looking for a senior HRIS Project Manager who can support a large international organization going through a complex HRIS transformation. The project needs a hands-on Project Manager who monitors the project overview, structure dependencies, help keep everything on schedule and escalate issues when necessary. You’ll be working closely with the program manager and support reporting and communication towards stakeholders.
👉 What you’ll do:
Monitor the project overview and coordinate the delivery and execution of the HRIS transformation project.
Make sure timelines and goals are clear and followed.
Develop and maintain the project plan together with the program manager.
Oversee and coordinate different workstreams.
Proactively identify and escalate risks, delays, and bottlenecks.
Work closely with HR, IT, and external vendors.
Support reporting and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Travel now and then to the different offices in the EU.
Job requirements
👉 What do you Bring:
Proven experience as a Project Manager with experience in leading complex transitions ideally across multiple countries.
Background in HRIS or ERP implementation.
Action-oriented and structured, with a strong focus on getting things done.
Strong skills in planning and able to drive delivery alignment across all teams and suppliers to keep execution on track.
Excellent communication skills; able to engage both HR and IT stakeholders
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
