Voor een organisatie in Amsterdam zoeken we een hands-on freelance People Operations Specialist die het HR-team administratief komt versterken (±60 FTE NL). Ze zijn op zoek naar een continue lange termijn inzet tot einde van het jaar!

💼 Wat ga je doen:

  • Support bij de dagelijkse HR Operatie (±60 FTE NL).

  • Opstellen en beheren van contracten.

  • Ondersteunen bij onboarding & offboarding.

  • Eerstelijns medewerkers vragen.

  • Administratie rondom zwangerschapsverlof, ziekte & verzuim en schakelen met UWV.

  • Contact met payroll.

Job requirements

🧠 Wat breng je mee:

  • 2+ jaar ervaring in HR support / HR administratie.

  • Gestructureerd, zorgvuldig en zelfstandig.

  • Bekend met HR-systemen.

📅 Start: half januari

⏰ Uren: 16 uur per week
💰 Uurtarief: €65-€70,-
📍 Locatie: Amsterdam (veel remote - af en toe op kantoor)

📄 Contract: +/- 12 maanden (tot einde van het jaar)
