Job description
Voor dit Entertainmentbedrijf zoeken wij een hands-on HR-professional die het vaste HR-team tijdelijk komt versterken. Je pakt direct lopende zaken op. Van verzuimbegeleiding en dossierwerk tot procesautomatisering in HiBob.
💼 Wat ga je doen
✨ Je beheert de HR-inbox en beantwoordt vragen van medewerkers
✨ Je begeleidt verzuimcases van begin tot eind: meldingen, afstemming met de bedrijfsarts en contact met UWV
✨ Je maakt personeelsdossiers compleet na een recente migratie naar HiBob zoals contracten en loonheffingsverklaringen
✨ Je ondersteunt bij het automatiseren van processen in HiBob die nog handmatig lopen
Job requirements
🧠 Wie zoeken we
✅ Je hebt ervaring in een brede/ operationele HR-rol en weet hoe je lopende zaken oppakt
✅ Je kent de verzuimwetgeving en bent bekend met UWV-processen
✅ Je bent thuis in HiBob of pakt een nieuw HRIS snel op
📍 Hybride, 1–2 dagen per week op kantoor in Amsterdam
📅 Start week van medio juli
⏰ 32–40 uur per week
🤑 Max €70 per uur
📄 Interim opdracht, 2–3 maanden
