Interim HR Lead gezocht voor een internationaal mediabedrijf dat midden in een organisatiebrede transitie zit. Je neemt de lead in het begeleiden van deze verandering!

Job description

Voor een internationale organisatie (1300fte) zoeken we een Interim HR Lead / Manager die verantwoordelijk is voor Nederland (400fte). Het bedrijf zit midden in een transitie waar ze van 20+ units naar één centrale unit gaan. In deze rol neem je lopende projecten over, maar breng je ze ook verder. Naast de lopende projecten staan er nog 3 strategische projecten op de planning: centralisatie en herstructurering van de organisatie, verdere implementatie van HiBob en Compensation & Benefits: functiehuis, salarishuis en jobleveling communiceren.

Wat ga je doen

  • Je begeleidt het resterende deel van de organisatietransformatie en herstructurering.

  • Meebouwen en implementeren van het functiehuis, joblevels en salarishuis, inclusief salarisbenchmarking.

  • Je stuurt het HR-team aan van 3 mensen.

  • Je werkt mee aan de inrichting en uitrol van een uniforme bonusstructuur, gebaseerd op bedrijfsresultaten en individuele performance.

  • Je ondersteunt de uitrol en communicatie van de nieuwe pensioenregeling.

  • Je introduceert HiBob Recruitment en rolt de performance-reviewmodule organisatiebreed uit.

  • Je schakelt wekelijks met de CHRO en HR Directors in het VK en Iberia.

Job requirements

🧠 Wie zoeken we

  • Je hebt ervaring met organisatie-transformaties, herstructureringen of centralisatie.

  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, comfortabel in Engels.

  • Ervaren met Compensation & Benefits, waaronder functiehuizen, jobleveling, salarishuizen en benchmarking.

  • Sterk in stakeholdermanagement en change management binnen complexe organisaties.

  • Je bent gewend om in een internationale, dynamische omgeving te werken.
