Job requirements

What You’ll Do

Every project is unique, but here are some examples of what our freelancers do:

  • Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers across a wide range of HR topics (contracts, benefits, leave, onboarding, etc.).

  • Coordinate and administer HR processes, such as recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, supporting proper execution of procedures and record-keeping.

  • Support employee lifecycle events, including performance reviews, promotions, and contract changes.

  • Act as a first point of contact for HR-related questions, offering guidance and escalating complex matters when needed.

We’re looking for freelancers based in the Netherlands, with an understanding of Dutch labor law.
