Job description

For a client in Leiden I'm looking for a hands-on business partner who can help with a restructuring. They are in a transition fase and will be expanding from 65 to 90 roles. This is a dynamic and operational role with focus on the restructuring but more HR projects can arise.

💼 What you’ll do

✨ Updating and implementing new policies and guidelines.

✨ Coordinate recruitment and assessments for new and changed roles during the transition.

✨ Update and implement new job architecture, HR policies, and performance management frameworks.

✨ Support and advise people leaders, including facilitating leadership workshops.

✨ Act as a hands-on HR generalist who keeps track of timelines.

Job requirements

🧠 What you’ll bring

✅ Junior/ medior People & Culture / HR Business Partner with strong generalist skills.

✅ Someone who thrives in change, works hands-on, and can manage multiple priorities effectively.

✅ Preferably experienced in working within a reorganisation or transition context.

✅ Comfortable operating in an international, multicultural environment.
