We’re looking for an interim Employee Relations Specialist to join a dynamic tech scale-up in the Netherlands. You’re a HR Generalist/ HR BP with a strong interest in handling complex employee cases.

Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong background in Employee Relations and a knack for handling complex employee cases? We're looking for an interim Employee Relations Specialist to join a dynamic tech scale-up in the Netherlands. This is a unique opportunity to impact a fast-paced, people-focused organization by supporting managers and employees through challenging situations.

💼 What You'll Do:
Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance on sensitive employee relations matters such as terminations, performance management, and grievances for all of our hubs.
Take ownership of complex cases, devising strategies and collaborating with legal experts when necessary.

✨ Work closely with leadership to ensure empathetic, balanced decision-making that aligns with business goals.

✨Provide expert advice on Dutch labor law and employee relations best practices. Experience with other countries is a plus.
Support HR Business Partners by focusing on case management, while they concentrate on engagement and succession planning.

Job requirements

🧠 What you’ll bring (experience)
A seasoned HR Generalist or Employee Relations Specialist with experience managing complex employee cases.
Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law and the ability to navigate sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism. Experience with other EMEA countries is a plus.

✅ A proactive problem-solver who can hit the ground running and deliver results in a short-term assignment.
