Agencies and enterprises like Kantar, VodafoneZiggo and NielsenIQ use Tellet to run AI-moderated interviews that reveal what customers really think — helping them test concepts, improve CX and innovate faster. They’re a small, fast-moving, collaborative team backed by experienced investors and operators.
With this opportunity, you’ll help shape a category-defining product with real industry impact. Every hire shapes their product, their clients, and their category, so you’ll have real influence on a company scaling globally.
The Role:
As Tellet’s Customer Success Manager, reporting directly into their CEO, you’ll make Tellet the go-to platform for global research agencies. You’ll guide Tellet’s clients from onboarding through adoption and scale, ensuring they succeed with Tellet and expand their use over time.
What you’ll do:
Guide implementation: Own onboarding and technical setup for new clients, ensuring smooth integration into their research workflows.
Enable adoption: Train agency teams, run workshops, and make sure Tellet becomes embedded in their ways of working.
Support scale: Build playbooks, case studies, and assets that help clients roll Tellet out globally.
Deliver impact: Ensure clients see measurable value quickly and consistently.
Be the client’s voice: Capture needs, challenges, and opportunities, and feed them back into Tellet’s product roadmap.
Track what matters: Monitor client health, adoption metrics, and long-term success.
What you’ll bring to Tellet’s team:
3 - 5 years’ experience in customer success, implementation, or client growth
Industry experience in SaaS, research, or agency is ideal
Track record of leading enterprise client onboarding and adoption
Ability to navigate complex organisations and build trust at senior level
Proactive, hands-on approach with an innovative start-up mentality
Experience with global research agencies is a big plus
Understanding of insights/market research workflows
Fluent English language skills
